IAN CULLIGAN, a professional real estate agent since 1994, joined the RE/MAX Group Four Realty team in 1997.

In addition to his successful real estate career, Ian's background includes over 22 years in senior management positions with the Province of New Brunswick.

As a graduate of The University of New Brunswick and the University of Ottawa, Ian holds Bachelor degrees in both Education and Teaching (Commercial), as well as a Masters degree in Criminology.

Ian is actively involved in the local community as a volunteer with the charitable Shriners organization, and is an avid sports and fitness enthusiast.

Ian works with RE/MAX Group Four Realty in Fredericton, New Brunswick, where he provides excellence in customer service, professional expertise, and round-the-clock service to his valued clients.
